Jomsom is situated north west of Pokhara at the altitude of 2667 m. plus (approx), lapped in between Mt. Nilgiri (7000m.) & Mt. Dhaulagiri (7667 m.). The mighty river Kali Gandaki; flow by its ride. Require used for your Journey to Jomsom:

- Instead of saree, Pants or Salwar, Kameeg, T-short will be better for women visitors to Jomsom.
- Jomsom has a photo friendly beauty hence visitors should be caring camera. Still or Movies, Photo reels are available in Jomsom. However expensive then your town, hence sufficient photo reels from Pokhara should be carried.
- Visitors in Jomsom if Indian should carry identity card. Foreigners exclusive of Indian should be carrying valid passports with necessary endorsements.

February to June:

1 night 2 Days trip to Jomsom:
Day 01: Early in the morning fly from Pokhara to Jomsom around 7 AM luggage allowance is limited to 15 Kgs. Hand luggage allowed extra heavy luggage may be left at Pokhara hotel to be picked up on your way back form Jomsom. Arrival Jomsom at around 730 AM, transfer to hotel and breakfast in hotel. After breakfast proceed for a daylong easy pony trek to Marpha, Marpha unique village of your dream. On the way of pony trek to Marpha, visit Thini village, dhumba Lake at the altitude of 3333 m, then syanq, another village and finally to Marpha. Have Lunch at marpha. Visit the local apple orchids and wine distilleries. Return to Jomsom (on the way it takes around 1 hrs.) An evening tea/coffee on the way or in Jomsom. Dinner at hotel.
Day 02: Morning; transfer to airport for your flight to Pokhara.
